Sports Teams

When my oldest son was 4 he decided he was going to be an athlete.  The sport was not the problem, it was how fast could he master it.  His first choice was soccer, than we went to baseball, and settled on wrestling and football….for now.

No matter the sport, there were some challenges as a new parent trying to get their young athlete into position to succeed.  Now after years of playing many different sports, there are still some things that trip us up in the world of youth athletics.

  1. Communication
  2. Planning
  3. Volunteers/Man-Power
  4. Parents

I will start to explore each of these areas and provide tips as to how we can make a volunteer organization really move along.  Check back to this area for updates on the 4 areas above.
